LUGGAGE We understand that transportation times do not always coincide with check in and check out times. Luggage storage at our sister resort, Maui Beach Vacation Club, is available during business hours, subject to availability. Please pick up your luggage before the office closes. For security reasons, do not leave luggage unattended in the resort. If you have any questions, please contact the management’s office at Maui Beach Vacation Club at 808.879.7800. For your convenience, luggage carts are available for guest use at the entrance of the G and H and P and Q Buildings. Please return luggage carts to the entrance when finished. PARKING Garage and surface lot parking is available for your convenience at our resort. The front desk will provide you with a parking pass with your check in materials. Please do not park in reserved spaces as the vehicle will be subject to tow. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS • When arriving at the property, please make your way to the registration office in between buildings G and H. There are two courtesy phones with a lockbox located on the wall outside of the registration office. • Pick up the courtesy phone located on the left side of the lockbox. This will automatically connect you to an after-hours agent. • The agent will check you in and give you a combination to the lockbox located next to the courtesy phone. • Inside the lockbox you will find an envelope with the same name as your reservation. • Inside the envelope, you will find keys to your room and additional resort information. • Please stop by the front desk during business hours the following day to complete your check in.
